We provide housing and support to individuals experiencing homelessness across Cambridgeshire. Everyone deserves a safe and stable place to live, and our work focuses on both immediate relief and long-term solutions to help people rebuild their lives.
Homelessness is often misunderstood, reduced to stereotypes that fail to capture the reality of those affected. It is not just about rough sleeping, it includes anyone without a secure place to call home, whether they are in temporary accommodation, sofa surfing, or living in unstable housing.
Emergency Accommodation
We offer safe, short-term housing for individuals in crisis, ensuring they have a secure place to stay while we help them find a more stable solution.
Supported Housing
Our team provides housing with on-site or outreach support, helping residents with everything from tenancy management to personal development.
Specialist Support Services
We work closely with local councils, charities, and health services to connect our residents with mental health support, addiction recovery services, and financial advice.
Internal Drug & Alcohol Support
We have a dedicated support worker who provides focused help to residents struggling with drug or alcohol use. This allows us to offer consistent, daily support and respond quickly to individual needs without relying solely on external services. Support is available seven days a week, and a Substance Support Plan is put together through 1-to-1 sessions with each tenant and updated weekly.
Community Integration
We support people in becoming active members of their communities, whether through volunteering, training opportunities, or social activities.
