We prioritise repairs based on how urgent they are:
🚨 Emergency Repairs (within 24 hours): These are serious issues that affect your safety, wellbeing, or the building.
Examples:
- No heating or hot water
- Major leaks or flooding
- No working toilet (if there’s no other)
- Exposed electrics
- Fire or flood damage
- Faulty fire alarms
- Security issues with locks or windows
- Lockouts
⚠ Urgent Repairs (within 5 days): Important issues that need prompt attention.
Examples:
- Blocked toilets or showers (where another is available)
- Minor leaks
- Broken taps, flushes, or faulty appliances
- Fire door faults
- Trip hazards or other safety concerns
🛠 General Repairs (within 10 days): These are not urgent, but still matter and will be dealt with properly.
Examples:
- Standard heating or plumbing issues
- No heating in warmer months
- Minor cosmetic damage (walls, flooring)
- Repairs to kitchens, furniture, or shared areas
Once you submit this form, we’ll take it from there. You don’t need to chase us — we’re on it.
